21 Day Reduced Carb Program
Supplies: Bob’s Red Mill High Fiber Coconut flour, or Bob’s Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour.
Procedures: Place 2 scoops of coconut or almond flours) in 16oz of water.
Frequency: 3-5 shakes per day (2 scoops=1shake). On shake for each meal (B, L, D) and two snacks (if needed).
Details: Continue taking supplements (and any medications prescribed by your doctor). Try not to eat anything else. If you must eat, eat only meat, nothing else. Only drink water. Use plenty of Redmond’s Real Salt as “salt shots” or in salt water if you become lightheaded.
