Almond Flour zucchini strawberry bread

– 1 1/2 cups almond flour
– 2 tsp cinnamon
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 1/2 tsp raw salt
– 1/2 tsp nutmeg
– 3 organic eggs beaten
– 1/4 cup raw honey
– 1 organic banana
– 3/4 cup organic shredded zucchini
– 3/4 cup finely chopped organic strawberries

Preheat oven to 350. Combine dry ingredients. In separate bowl, combine
wet ingredients 1-2 min on medium till frothy. Add zucchini and
strawberries- beat on low till mixed. Slowly add dry ingredients. Line 2
loaf pans with parchment paper greased with organic butter. Split batter
between the 2 pans. Bake for app 30-35 min or until toothpick comes out
clean.
