What you’ll need:
- 2 Cans chickpeas- drained, rinsed, pat dry
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp sea salt
How you make em:
- Combine beans and oil in a bowl.
- Toss to coat.
- Sprinkle on salt, toss again.
- Spread in baking sheet in single layer.
- Bake 30-40 mins- shake the pan halfway through.
- Let cool.
