Blueberry Walnut Bread

– 2 1/2 cups almond flour
– 1/4 tsp raw salt
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– 1/4 cup ghee or coconut oil
– 1/4 cup raw honey
– 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk (canned)
– 2 organic eggs
– 3/4 cup organic blueberries (fresh or frozen)
– 1/4 chopped raw walnuts

Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl combine dry ingredients. Add ghee (or
coconut oil), honey, coconut milk and eggs- mix well. Gently fold in
blueberries. Line 2 loaf pans with parchment paper greased with organic
butter. Bake 25-30 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
