I had very sore knee joint pain, I felt jittery from all the vitamins I was taking along with energy drinks. I felt I was doing my body some good by taking more vitamins it would be better, although I still got the 2pm tired syndrome. When I bent over to tie my shoes I would get winded, I knew it was time for a change.
How is it now?

Now, I have no knee pain, I work out 30 minutes a day with no joint pain at all. I gave up all vitamins and energy drinks and no longer have the jitters. I have great energy with no 2pm tired syndrome. I don’t get winded anymore and I am told I look great and I know I feel great too!
