My motivation to do the cleanse is to remove any remaining barriers that might be inhibiting my healing. My health has taken a dive both nutritionally and physically since my car wreck in 7/2015. I am looking forward to pushing through the barriers that being more sedentary has lead to. My overall goal is to get back to my pre-accident weight and activity level (over time). I expect this cleanse and the support of my co-workers will do wonders!

Final Thoughts:

I am feeling so much more clear minded! I fit into my office pants again and am way more focused on my food again and I am hoping to maintain the momentum. I truly wasn’t happy with how off track I was and found out just how easy it is to slide. I am proud of myself for toughing it out and making it through the cleanse again. This one was truly needed!
