Fudgy Freezer Brownies

Freezer “Brownies” with frosting

Ingredients

Brownie:

  • 2 cups walnuts or pecans
  • 13oz dates
  • 1/8 tsp.  Salt
  • Orange zest
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 avocado
  • ½ cocoa or ½ cup carob powder

Frosting:

  • 3 avocados
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • ½ cup cocoa or carob
  • ¼ cup of honey

 

“Brownie” Mix:

Chop the dates into small pieces. Then put in to processor with the nuts and process in to small bits. Add the sea salt, orange zest, vanilla and cocoa or carob. Mix all together

Pit the avocados, cut into slices and add to the mixture in the processor. Process until mixture is creamy then place into an 8×8 glass pan.

Frosting:

Place all ingredients in to processor and process until smooth. Spread on to brownie mixture and freeze 2-4 hours until firm. Cut, Serve and enjoy.
