Ginger Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana,
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • (We like to increase the milk by half and add SP Complete and collagen)
What To Do:

  1. Blend all ingredients together.
