Grain Free Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ½ cap almond flour
  • 1 cup ripe bananas mashed (2-3 bananas)
  • ½ melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ cup to 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • Pinch of real salt

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a buttered 8.5×4.5 loaf pan place a cut piece of parchment paper to line the bottom of the pan.
  3. Combine coconut flour, almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt-mix with a fork until well combined.
  4. In another bowl combine eggs, vanilla and honey, whisk well.
  5. Add mashed bananas, mix well.
  6. Add banana mixture to dry ingredients. Mix well.
  7. Add melted butter, stir.
  8. Spoon batter into pan-spread evenly.
  9. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 40-45 minutes until toothpick comes out clean
  10. Remove-cool-ENJOY!
