Healthy Shamrock Shake

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 teaspoon organic vanilla
  • 1 large handful fresh mint leaves, to taste
  • local raw honey, or sweetener of choice, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
