What was it like before you came to see us?

I had a slow start in the morning and little energy in the evening. After lunch I would slow down, and need sugar or caffeine to keep going. My energy would revive immediately after eating, encouraging me to eat when I wasn’t hungry. I also had difficulty focusing at work for long periods of time, needed to lose weight and learn proper nutrition.

How is it now?

I seldom need to eat between meals and when I do, I want a healthy snack. I no longer crave carbohydrates constantly. I can go longer between meals without ill effects and have more energy in the evening. My focus is longer at work. I have lost 16 pounds in four months and I know what my body needs to function at an optimum level. Sometimes I walk at lunch time and have increased the exercise I do in the evening.
