Kid Friendly Veggie Nuggets

**Important Edits to the recipe in this video:
1. For all ingredients choose organic when possible
2. Potato used should be Russet, red or purple skinned
3. Add Real salt for a mineral boost
4. Gluten free or arrowroot flour should be used
5. For the coating use chopped almonds instead of breadcrumbs (or millet for nut allergy)
