No Bake Energy Bites

What you’ll need:

  • 1 cup (dry) steel cut oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup cacao nibs (or something similar)
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla

How you make ’em:

  1. You can add unsweetened flaked coconut or chia seeds if you want
  2. Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.  Roll into bite size balls. Refrigerate to set. Enjoy!
