1 cup Water, unsweet coconut milk, and/or unsweetened hemp milk
3-4 cubes of ice for a thicker shake
1 Tbsp of flaxseed oil or 1 tsp calamari omega 3 liquid or 1 Tbsp of coconut oil
at least 2 rounded scoops SP Complete (any variety) or a protein powder of equal quality, if unsure ask Aaron!
1/2 cup canned organic pumpkin
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice or to taste
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup water
Blend all ingredients until smooth- adjust liquid accordingly for thicker or runnier smoothie.
