Ingredients:

  • 1c Nut milk
  • 1/4c Coconut milk
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1-2 Shots of espresso
  • Grated nutmeg for topping
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Serves: 2 servings
 
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 teaspoon organic vanilla
  • 1 large handful fresh mint leaves, to taste
  • local raw honey, or sweetener of choice, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

 What you'll need:

  • 2 ½ cups yogurt, kefir, or cream, all fully cultured and ideally grass-fed
  • 2 T. raw honey (optional)
  • 1 heaping T. fresh ginger, freshly grated or minced 
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg, and more to garnish
  • 1/16 tsp. powdered stevia, or 10 drops liquid stevia, to taste. (If you omit the honey, increase the amount of stevia, to taste, using one or the other should be just fine.)

What you'll need:

  • 1/2 gallon (8 cups) natural fruit juice (like apple juice or cider, lemonade, grape juice, orange juice or berry juice)
  • 1/4 cup whey
  • dash of salt (optional- this enhances the fermentation process)
