What was it like before you came to see us?
I always tried to eat healthy and read about nutrition, exercise and maintain a healthy lifestyle. My weight had crept up through the years. I went to Weight Watchers and lost some weight but I didn’t like all the artificial ingredients that were in the foods. The media provides information overload from TV, newspapers and books. I was frustrated by the latest fad of the week whether it was truly healthy or not. I also did not like the hormone fluctuations that I was feeling along with the afternoon fog and being bloated.
