Time for a Shake – Kim Embry

4 Tablespoons Bob’s Red Mill High Fiber Coconut Flour-not packed
1 raw Organic Egg
1 Can Coconut Milk
½ teaspoon Brewer’s Yeast from Lewis Labs-Flakes work the best
2 cups or more Filtered Water
1 Tablespoon Coconut Butter

This is the base for the shake. This can be drank alone or with other things added.

Items to add are 1 to 2 teaspoons of Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger, Allspice, Pumpkin Pie Spice, or Carob Powder. You may also add 2 teaspoon of Almond Butter with the Carob Powder. For a Creamsicle flavor add: 4 drops Organic Vanilla Extract, 3 drops Orange Extract and 3 drops Stevia. Stevia may be added to this but in small amounts. Pumpkin Pie Spice with Vanilla Extract or Almond Extract is very good. Be careful of how much extract is used as a little goes a long way! Also whenever possible be sure to use Organic. It has a better quality and taste plus it’s better for you!
