Vibrant Green Drink (Standard Process)

1 cup water. unsweetened coconut milk and/or unsweetened hemp milk

3-4 ice cubes for a thicker shake

At least 2 rounded scoops SP Complete Protein powder or one of equal quality (if unsure, ask Aaron!)

1 apple, cored, cut into chunks

1 pear, cored, cut into chunks

Juice from 1 lemon

1/2 inch fresh ginger, peeled and sliced

1 large kale leaf

1 large romaine lettuce leaf

1/3 cup cabbage, chopped

Put in Blender and puree thoroughly.
