ultra low emf,
far infrared sauna
You might be asking yourself, “What’s so special about infrared saunas?” A lot of people are already familiar with the traditional dry sauna. It relies on warming surfaces inside the sauna to indirectly heat your body. Infrared saunas take this process to a whole new level as they heat your body without heating the room surfaces. Here are some basics:

-
Infrared saunas radiate heat that your skin easily and directly absorbs
-
These heat waves penetrate your tissues and muscles
-
Your core body temperature rises, but at a lower ambient temperature
Basically, infrared saunas make you sweat at a much lower temperature than traditional dry saunas. The cooler temperature, enables your body to sweat out toxins while not getting overheated. This is one very distinct health benefit of infrared saunas. They might actually be safer than a traditional sauna, particularly for people who are overly sensitive to heat.

The Far-infrared heat is required for all living things for optimum health. The radiant heat from the Far Infrared Sauna surrounds you and penetrates deeply into your joints, muscles and tissues, speeding oxygen flow and increasing circulation. Using the Far Infrared Sauna helps to remove impurities from your cells, specifically the cells inside our fat where our body stores waste and harmful toxins such as cholesterol and heavy metals.
Toxins are all around us, in the containers that carry our food, in the carpet we walk on, in the food we eat and in the air we breathe. Regular sessions in an infrared sauna will aid you in almost all areas of your life. It facilitates relaxation, pain relief, weight loss, and detoxification, among others.

Everyone today is exposed to heavy metals and toxic chemicals. Particularly for slow metabolizers, a very good method to detoxify the body is the far-infrared sauna. Its dry, warming energy is highly compatible with the human body. It heats the tissues several inches deep, enhancing metabolic processes.

Using the Infrared Sauna

Heating of the tissues enhances metabolic processes. Greater cellular energy production facilitates healing. Viruses, tumors and toxin-laden cells are weaker than normal cells. They tolerate heat poorly. Raising the body temperature causes infections to heal more quickly. Hyperthermia or fever therapy help combat infections and even cancer. Our bodies develop fever when ill to enhance metabolism and help kill germs.

Saunas enhance circulation and oxygenate the tissues. They open the nasal passages and assist the sinuses to drain. A major eliminative organ, most people’s skin is very inactive. Many do not sweat. This may be due to synthetic or tight clothing that does not breathe. Sedentary living and sun damage also inactivate the skin. Hundreds of chemicals affect the skin from lotions, soaps, creams and deodorants. Other are cleaning solvents, detergent residues and chemicals from bathing water.
Repeated use of the sauna slowly restores skin elimination. Toxic chemicals and metals can be removed faster than with any other method. It is a daily habit that pays many dividends.

Here are some general precautions:
-
Avoid alcohol and medications that may impair sweating and produce overheating before and after your sauna.
-
Cool down gradually afterward.
-
The sauna includes a foot warmer and we ask that you do not stand on it.
-
Drink two to four glasses of cool water after each sauna.
-
Don't take a sauna when you are ill, and if you feel unwell during your sauna, head for the door.
-
Infrared saunas maintain a comfortable cabin air temperature. Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air to stifling conditions, infrared saunas use infrared waves to directly target your body, rather than wasting its energy on the surrounding air.
